Deepen your connection to your inner landscape. Through breathwork, writing, and group connection, we will create a grounding container for compassion and expression. Allow the breath to be your guide for accessing the healing power within you.
Each week, we’ll meet for a live circle via Zoom focused on a specific healing intention. Circles will combine guided breathwork, visualization, writing, and group connection. Some sessions may incorporate elements of gentle movement and embodiment.
More than ever, our hearts crave connection. While this will be a journey inward, you are never alone — you will have the opportunity to listen, share, and be witnessed in this loving container. Group energy is potent for self-healing.
To deepen and integrate this work in between sessions, you’ll receive reflective journal prompts on each weekly topic as well as supportive guided audio practices involving visualization and breathwork. These will empower you with tools to develop your own ongoing rituals.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation harnessing the power of the breath to move below the conscious mind.
Through specific breathing techniques, breathwork invites more oxygen into our body, moving us into a state in which we can access our subconscious, move stuck energy, and release emotion. We’re then able to create more aligned space for our intentions — ease, joy, creativity, authentic expression, connection, and more.
Intentional breath is directly tied to nervous system regulation, providing both energizing and soothing effects to our body.
About your Guide
I’m Libby, your breathwork guide and co-creator.
Breathwork is the most powerful way I’ve found to connect with my soul.
Since childhood, I held stifled emotion and stagnant energy within my body. I internalized limiting beliefs around worthiness, belonging, and being seen. This manifested as a heaviness and fogginess within.
The powerful practice of breathwork moved me from my scattered, analytical mind and deeper into the layers of my being. Deeper into my knowing. It has helped me reprogram these limiting beliefs, find my voice, align with clarity, and heal my heart.
In addition to completing breathwork healer training with David Elliott, I’m trained in yoga instruction, coaching, and crisis counseling.
It’s a deep honor to be on this journey together.
